Order Processing Time
This is the time it takes for us to prepare, package, and infuse your items with positive energy before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days.
Please note: Our processing time may be slightly extended during high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales) due to the handcrafted nature of many items. We will always communicate any potential delays.

We use reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. All shipping methods include a tracking number.

- Customs/Duties: Rated Shop PG is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging, but once the package leaves our care, it is transferred to the carrier.
- Damaged Items: Contact us at info@ratedshoppg within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Lost/Stolen: We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered." Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. However, we do accept exchanges of the same value. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you need an exchange.
